Hilarious “Wear Your Hero” – 2012 Majestic Ad [VIDEO]

Check out this hilarious video from Majestic.  Who knew that the concept of David Ortiz as a Major League Baseball uniform would be this funny?

This ad is great.  Majestic came up with the clever concept of having Major League stars David Ortiz and Jose Bautista act as if they are uniforms.  The idea is to "wear your hero."  It's a very creative structure for a commercial.  My favorite moment occurs at the :16-second mark when David Ortiz is in the washing machine.  I literally laughed out loud. 

It's also a nice touch to have a Blue Jays fan and a Red Sox fan look at each other with American-League-East disdain.  David Ortiz (aka Big Papi) is perfect for this ad.  There is just something about his demeanor and likable nature that comes through even though he isn't saying anything.  His reaction to getting splashed with mustard is great also.  Two thumbs up to Majestic for this one.
