How Do You Guard A 6-Foot-2 12-Year Old?
Saw this photo on my Facebook feed and I had to do a double-take.
One of my good buddies, who was also the ring-bearer in my wedding, is 12-year old Justice. Check out the photo below that his mom originally posted of him guarding this massive human being that we shall name, "No. 34":
I'm being told that No. 34 is supposedly 12 years old. I told Justice that there's a myriad of things that you should be asking No. 34 during the game, you know, to spice things up. Here's what I came up with of what I would've wanted to know from No. 34:
- "How often do you shave?"
- "How cool is it to watch rated R movies?"
- "What does beer taste like?"
- "How often do you play the lottery?"
- "Does your wife and kids know that you play basketball with 12 year olds on the weekend?"
- "Is your dad Shaq? I've always wanted to meet Shaq."
- "Can I get your cell phone number? Need help changing some light bulbs back home."
The best part of this is that 12-year old Justice had the best line of them all: "I asked him, 'Did you drive here from your apartment?'
Noble job of guarding the most beastly looking 12-year old this world has seen, Justice. Hats off to you.
What other questions would you have for No. 34 if you were guarding him?
