How Urgent Should The NFL Be In Referee Negotiations?

As the 2012 NFL season has progressed, the replacement officials have become a bigger story on a week-to-week basis, and not for good reasons. The officials have made more and more questionable calls, and one could argue they have lost control of certain games by allowing a lot of "extracurricular activity" after the whistle. On a scale of one to ten, how urgent do you think the NFL should be in making a deal with the real officials?
