Congratulations to Shenendehowa Boys' Basketball player Kevin Huerter and Bethlehem Girls' player Jenna Giacone, who have been nominated for the McDonald's All-America Game in March.

The selection show is Jan. 17th, when the list of players is trimmed to the final roster of 24 boys and 24 girls.

Huerter has the Plainsmen off to an 11-0 start. He's averaging 20.1 ppg this year. If Shen wasn't blowing teams out, and Huerter wasn't being benched for most fourth quarters, that number would be higher.

Giacone is averaging 17.1 for the Eagles (7-1). Bethlehem is the reigning Section II Class AA champion.
