Is This Ghost Video Real? [VIDEO]

Look I know some of you are going to take one look at this and call it fake and I also know that a few of you will pull the old" THIS ISN'T SPORTS" routine but it's October and I like scary stuff so indulge me! This video is beginning to go viral and though I think it's almost for sure a fake it's worth a look. Is this video of a ghost throwing a temper tantrum or a well done prank?

This is security cam footage from a school in Ireland that is allegedly haunted. As you're watching you'll see a door open around the :12 second mark, lockers going nuts starting at :33 and finally the caution wet floor sign goes crazy at 1:22. Real or Fake??? The school principal says it's real.
