The Knicks' guard has been suspended one game after striking Washington Wizard Glen Rice Jr. in the groin during their Tuesday night game.  This isn't the first time Smith has been disciplined for knucklehead behavior - he was fined $50,000 last year for repeatedly trying to untie his opposition's shoes.
