The Milwaukee Bucks have agreed to send two second-round draft picks to the Brooklyn Nets to secure the coaching rights to Jason Kidd.

Bucks co-owners Marc Lasry and Wes Edens met with Kidd this past Friday in New York City after receiving permission to talk to Kidd from the Nets a few days before the NBA draft.

Reports came out last week that Kidd was intrigued of the Bucks number two pick and coaching a young team.

After having a poor start Kidd finished 44-38 in his first year as a coach with the Nets this past season, and made it to the second round of the NBA playoffs before losing to Miami in five games.
