Jeopardy Contestant Screws Up Cam Newton’s College [VIDEO]

I love really smart people who don’t know the first thing about sports.  It’s one of my only opportunities in life to feel like I a little know more than a highly-intelligent person.

Cam Newton was the #1 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.  He won a National Championship and the Heisman Trophy last year.  Maybe you’ve heard of him.  This random guy on Jeopardy apparently hasn’t.

Cam Newton played his college ball at the University of Auburn.  I love how Alex Trebek scolds the contestant.  “You’re obviously not a big football fan,” Trebek said in a displeased tone.  I love it.  Smart people would react in a similar manner if I ever appeared on Jeopardy and guessed that molecular probes were car parts.
