Derek Jeter recently appeared on "Late Night with Seth Meyers". The duo talked about why Jeter doesn't watch baseball anymore. Also, Jeter talked about how Red Sox fans treat him and how the attitudes have changed since the BoSox have won a few World Series'.

The most interesting thing to me of all was that Jeter said he has real ownership aspirations in the future. I think that would be a great fit for Jeter -- he has the look and savvy of an owner. He also has the respectability and credibility within the game to make that happen successfully.
