The Jets ran for 215 total yards on Thursday night in a 24-18 win over the Philadelphia Eagles that wrapped up the preseason.

Darryl Richardson carried the ball 22 times, gaining 72 yards, and scoring a touchdown. Zac Stacey added 20 more rushes for 68 yards and Josh Johnson had seven carries for 76 yards.

Matt Flynn shouldered the burden at the QB position, going 10-14 for 136 yards. He threw two touchdowns and had one interception.

Stacey caught a TD out of the backfield to help in the receiving game. Chris Owusu had five catches for 72 yards and a touchdown as well.

The Jets defense had three sacks and one interception on the evening.

Quarterback Tim Tebow. fighting to make the Eagles' roster, went 11-17 for 189 yards and two touchdowns in the loss.

The Jets open up the regular season on Sept. 13 at home against the Cleveland Browns. The Jets went 4-12 a season ago and look to rebound under new head coach Todd Bowles.
