There's no question the Westchester Knicks, is not where Glens Falls native Jimmer Fredette wants to end up, and he's doing his best to get back to the NBA. 48 hours after Jimmer's 37 point D-League debut, he scored 22 points, seven rebounds, and nine assist in the one point loss to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

The best thing going for Jimmer right now is he's learning the New York Knicks offense, which is made for spot up shooters such as himself. If he can continue to play well in the D-League, and shows he has a good grasp of the offense, I can see him being brought up to the Knickerbockers in the winter. On January 4th, NBA teams can sign players to 10-day contracts, and this will be when Jimmer will earn his chance to get back to the NBA.

If Sasha Vujačić, who is currently is shooting 15% from downtown can earn a spot on the roster, Jimmer certainly should be able to find a spot.

The Westchester Knicks next game is Friday against the Austin Spurs.
