Even a little holiday hiatus couldn't stop Jimmer Fredette on Saturday, as the Glens Falls native scored 23 points in a Westchester Knicks win over the Delaware 87ers.

Fredette continues to beef up his shooting percentage, going 10-16 on the night. He was also 2-5 from three-point range. He added five rebounds and four assists against just one turnover for good measure.

Fredette is now shooting 49.3 percent from the floor, which is an unbelievable number considering how many shot attempts he actually gets per night. He's shooting nearly 17 times a game.

Fredette is also shooting nearly 46 percent from three-point range which is also unreal.

It seems to me that Fredette has earned another crack at the NBA. If you can average 23.3 points per game - and shoot at that kind of percentage - it stands to reason that he could go crack the back end of an NBA roster.

We'll have to wait and see. WATCH the highlights from Saturday.
