This weekend's Albany Cup didn't disappoint, as Siena topped Albany, 78-70, to break the three-game losing streak in the rivalry game.

But before the game tipped off, we previewed it in full on Capital Region Sports Saturday, brought to you by Mohawk Honda. If you didn't hear the show, we have it for you here:

Thanks to UAlbany men's basketball broadcaster Zach Bye, who sat in with me for the full hour.

As always, topic times are approximations:

0:00-0:12 - I tell you why the key to the 'Albany Cup' is pace of play. Whichever team can control tempo will win the game. We then moved to what the game means to the area and we cover HS hoops: Shen vs. Guilderland.

0:12-0:24 - Zach tells me that the key to the game wasn't tempo, but UAlbany's frontcourt depth concerns. I then talk about the Mets signing of Asdrubal Cabrera, and we breakdown the Albany Cup women's game.

0:25-0:37 - UAlbany freshman and Scotia graduate Joe Cremo joins me and we talk about Jimmer Fredette's NBA prospects.

0:37-END - Siena junior and Troy graduate Javion Ogunyemi joins me and then Zach and I break down the teams in some "rapid fire."
