The former UFC welterweight champion is ready for his match up with Tyron Woodley.

Less than ten months ago, UFC champion Johny Hendricks lost his welterweight championship in a controversial decision at UFC 181 in Las Vegas. Hendricks is trying to get himself back into the welterweight championship picture this Saturday when he steps into the octagon to take on Tyron Woodley at UFC 192. While it's the first time these two have fought in the octagon, it's not the first time they battled against each other in a highly competitive environment.  Hendricks defeated Woodley for the 2005 Big 12 wrestling champion, when "Big Rigg" was member of the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Hendricks says he doesn't remember much of the previous match up.

"I knew he was a tough opponent I knew was aggressive and when I go back and watch it he was a little bit more defensive but that's all I really remembered, but I forgot how much the match went"

Many UFC fans thought Hendricks should have received a rematch for the welterweight championship rather than the Rory McDonald at UFC 189. Did Hendricks watch that fight from back in July? He answered that and more with Andrew Williams and myself just days before UFC 192.
