Jose Reyes has agreed to terms on a six year deal  with the Miami Marlins after playing the last nine seasons for the New York Mets.

According to ESPN's Buster Olney, the deal will pay Reyes $106 Million for the next six years, with an option for a seventh year worth $22 million. This is the the second big signing for the Marlins as they just signed closer Heath Bell to a three year deal for $27 Million.

Reyes had a huge year this past season, batting .337 to win the batting title for the first time in his career and the first Met to ever do so.  It is still unclear where he will play seeing that the Marlins have a tremendous shortstop in Hanley Ramirez. It will be interesting to see if Reyes can stay healthy as he is very prone to injuries and hasn't played a full season in the last three years.
