Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant took a very nasty spill against the Miami Heat on Thursday night.

The Miami Heat beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 110-100 on Thursday night.  LeBron James scored 39 points on 14-of-24 shooting from the field.  LeBron had 7 assists and also grabbed 12 rebounds.  Kevin Durant poured in 40 points on 12-of-24 shooting.

Kevin Durant took a nasty fall with 1:41 remaining in the 1st quarter.  Durant went up for a rebound and landed awkwardly.  He slammed his head as his left arm was contoured strangely.  Heat forward Chris Andersen simply jumped for the rebound in front of Durant.  Andersen didn’t do anything dirty that caused Durant to fall so hard.  Durant took inventory for a couple of minutes and then proceeded to drop 40 points.
