Kevin Garnett didn't exactly roll out the red carpet for his former teammate as the NBA season began on Tuesday night.

The Miami Heat beat the Boston Celtics to open up the NBA season 120-107 on Tuesday night.  The biggest storyline following the game was that Kevin Garnett blew off his former teammate Ray Allen.  With 2:45 left in the 1st quarter, Ray Allen went over to the Boston Celtics bench to greet some players and coaches before checking into the game.

Kevin Garnett didn’t exactly give Ray Allen a huge bro hug. KG didn’t even give Jesus Shuttlesworth a little dap.  Garnett just looked away as if Ray Allen now plays for the enemy (which he does).  KG finished the game with 9 points and 12 rebounds.  Ray Allen poured in 19 points in 31 minutes.  The game aired on 104.5 The Team, ESPN Radio.
