Kurt Busch will not be returning behind the wheel of the #22 Dodge next season as he has been fired from Penske Racing.

According to Thatsracin.com, the firing comes from the verbal tirade that Kurt Busch gave to ESPN pit reporter Dr. Jerrry Punch during the final race of the season at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 20th. Busch was fined $50,000 by NASCAR for those actions.

This is not the first time Busch has been fired. He lost his ride with Roush-Fenway Racing in 2005 after being arrested in Arizona for reckless driving where alcohol was involved.

Penske racing will make an official statement on Monday. It is unclear who will take over the #22 or where Busch will wind up.
