LeBron James was able to win the first championship of his career on Thursday night.  Nike unveiled a new commercial to congratulate Ring James.  Get it?  Ring meaning championship?  Ring James?  Just check out the video.

LeBron James won the first championship of his career when the Miami Heat beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 121-106 in Game 5 on Thursday night.  LeBron James was an absolute monster in the NBA Finals against the Thunder this year.  LeBron averaged 28.6 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 7.4 assists in five games against Oklahoma City.  LeBron became the first player since Tim Duncan in 2003 to be named regular season MVP and NBA Finals MVP.

Nike unveiled this new commercial after LeBron was finally able capture his first elusive title.  The commercial is great.  It showcases clips of the playoff heartbreak that LeBron experienced throughout his career in Cleveland and his first year in Miami.  It shows how the bad times and all of the playoff failures make this 2012 NBA Finals triumph so much sweeter for LeBron.  Good for him.  I don't know how you can't feel good for a player who perseveres and finally accomplishes something great when there was so much weight on his shoulders.  Well done, LBJ.
