The Miami Heat beat the Boston Celtics 93-79 in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.  The score was tied 46-46 at halftime, but the younger, healthier Miami Heat were able to outlast the C's in the 2nd half.

LeBron James was fouled by Kevin Garnett with 3:44 to play in the 4th quarter.  Miami was leading Boston 86-71 at the time.  LeBron James was laughing about KG's hard foul on him.  He didn't quite go Lance-Stephenson-choke gesture with his reaction, but Garnett commented after the game that LeBron and the Heat were "too comfortable" on Monday night and that needs to change immediately.

Game 2 is Wednesday night at 8:30pm ET.  Pregame coverage begins at 7:30pm ET on 104.5 The Team, ESPN Radio.  We'll find out if KG and the C's can get Miami out of their comfort zone.
