LeBron Snubbed From NBA All-Defensive First Team
Winner of the 2013-14 Kia NBA Defensive Player of the Year, Joakim Noah led all players with 105 first team votes on the 2013-14 NBA All-Defensive First Team. This is Noah's second year in a row making the first team squad.
In addition to Noah are forward Paul George of the Indiana Pacers, guard Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers, forward Serge Ibaka of the Oklahoma City Thunder and guard Andre Iguodala of the Golden State Warriors.
The biggest surprise from the list would have to be the absence of the four-time league MVP and back-to-back NBA Champion LeBron James, who was placed on the second team.
James is one of the most versatile defenders to ever play the game. Especially when you consider that he guards every position and usually checks the opposing teams best players.. There is absolutely no reason he shouldn't have made the first team squad.
