LeBron’s Mom Takes Her Talents To Jail

Shortly after LeBron James and The Miami Heat lost to The Milwaukee Bucks at home on Wednesday, the King’s mother was arrested.

Gloria James, mother of LeBron James, was arrested and taken into custody by Miami Beach police early Thursday morning.  Police spokeswoman Deborah Doty confirmed that Ms. James was arrested at the Fountainebleau Hotel.

Although Doty would not say what led to the arrest at 4:47am, area media have reported that Ms. James will be facing a misdemeanor assault charge.  According to reports, she allegedly assaulted a parking attendant at the hotel.  This is not her first run-in with the law.  She was arrested on DUI charges in 2006 in Ohio.
