Everyone has their own opinion on what the NBA should do with Donald Sterling in the wake of TMZ's publication of the Clippers owner's alleged racist remarks.

Many - pundits, fans, owners, and this writer alike - were quick to charge the NBA with proving that the comments are, indeed, Sterling's, and expelling him from the league.  But the issue is not, of course, that simple.  The legal minefield is a difficult one to negotiate.

Sports legal analyst Alan Fanger called into Armen and Levack to discuss how, exactly, NBA commissioner Adam Silver will tip toe his way through - including why he expects the newly appointed league head to act swiftly, how he'll drop a heavy hammer in doing so, and why Sterling's fellow owners need to be careful who they talk to over he next few weeks.
