Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown, Shakespeare said - and for the third straight game, those words will ring all too true for the Rangers' king; Henrik Lundqvist will be sitting again tonight with rookie Cam Talbot getting the start.

In a vacuum, coach Alain Vigneault's decision is a no-brainer.  Talbot is 8-2 with a 1.6 goals against and a save percentage of almost 9.4, dwarfing Lundqvist's 10-15-2 record, with a goals against in the high twos, and a save percentage that barely cracks 9.

Lundqvist, though, has long been the NHL's best goalie - the first in league history to notch 30-wins in each of his first seven season - and was just given a contract extension making him the highest paid player at the position.

And thus, the goalie controversy is born.

The hotter-than-hot rookie vs. the veteran, struggling rock on which the Rangers built their team.

Joe Calderone, Pierce Brix, and Joe Bianchino discussed this issue on Friday before interviewing former Rangers captain and current radio analyst Dave Maloney.  Hear what each had to say.
