Back in August, New York Post's Marc Berman told "Armen and Levack" that he "made a mistake" and that it was "partially his fault", along with the rest of the medias the NBA fans did not believe in the Latvian product that the Knicks selected fourth overall in the 2015 NBA Draft.

In the young season of seven games, Porzingis is averaging 18.2 points and 12.7 rebounds, not to mention several put-backs that have made SportsCenter highlights on a regular basis.

Sure, the season has just begun, but Porzingis is already being included as a frontrunner for rookie of the year.

"I am surprised at how quickly he has developed and adjusted to the NBA," said ESPN's Chad Ford. "Porzingis clearly is already playing with a confidence level that surpasses that of most other rookies."
