Magic Johnson Criticizes LeBron James In Albany [VIDEO]

Magic Johnson made a few jokes at LeBron James' expense while speaking at UAlbany last weekend.

Magic Johnson was a guest speaker at UAlbany on Saturday, October 15.  While answer questions on stage from fans, Magic made a few jokes about LeBron James.  He jokingly said that LeBron James would never win a championship.

Magic later was serious about the comparisons between LeBron James and Kobe Bryant.  Magic thinks it's ridiculous for LeBron, a player with no championship, to be compared to a great player who has won five championships.  Magic also took exception to LeBron being compared to great players like Larry Bird and Michael Jordan.

Magic Johnson made a lot of sense when he wasn't jokingly taking shots at LeBron.  It just shows the immense popularity of LeBron James and the presence that Magic Johnson still has.  A lot of people have made jokes about LeBron James following his failures in the NBA Finals against the Dallas Mavericks.  Their jokes about LeBron don't make it on SportsCenter.  Magic's do.
