Malachi Jones Loves The Capital Region [AUDIO]

For the first time this season Albany Empire Wide Receiver Malachi Jones joined us in studio to talk about the season and this week's game against the Washington Valor. It was no surprise that Jones was a great guy or that he loves his team but the love the Georgia native has for the Capital Region was pretty heart warming.

Rookie receiver Malachi Jones continued his great season by adding 7 catches for 87 yards and 3 touchdowns.  Jones currently sits second in the league with 977 receiving yards on the season.  Jones is also second in the league with 23 receiving touchdowns and first in the league in total touchdowns with 28.

This is a true star on the rise that we all expect will move on to the NFL far sooner than later. Make sure you come out to watch him play Saturday, July 7th at the Times Union Center.
