Quick math lesson; when you're down by three points with 4.9 seconds remaining, a slam dunk really doesn't help you.  Martell Webster learned this on Monday night.  Luke Ridnour's reaction is classic.

Martell Webster made a boo-boo on Monday night for the Minnesota Timberwolves.  The T-Wolves were trailing the Denver Nuggets by three points with only 4.9 seconds remaining.  To make things worse, Minnesota didn't even have the ball.  Webster initially made a nice play by stealing the ball.  However, Webster took it the distance and jammed home a basket to cut the deficit to 102-101.  The only problem was that only 0.5 seconds were left in the game.

I love the reaction by Webster's teammate Luke Ridnour.  He makes a shooting motion like, "Dude, we're down by three points, man.  You can't go for a dunk.  You gotta shoot a 3-pointer, bud."  The reaction by Minnesota's bench is pretty funny too.  Head coach Rick Adelman and the players on the bench all look like they're thinking, "Seriously?"  Good stuff.
