Ben McAdoo is the new man in charge of the New York Giants after Tom Coughlin "stepped aside" after 12 years at the helm.

McAdoo earned his promotion from offensive coordinator to head coach ahead of candidates like Hue Jackson, who took the Browns job.

McAdoo joined 'Mike and Mike' today on 104.5 The Team to talk about his immediate plans for building the Giants back into a contender. He outlined his plan which includes studying gameplans and game tape.

Furthermore, McAdoo talked about how to harness OBJ and how he plans on working with him to do that - and he spoke about the talks he's had with Tom Coughlin since accepting the job.

Then Greeny and Golic had a little fun with McAdoo and asked him about the suit he wore at his introductory press conference.

The Giants finished 6-10 this year and haven't made the playoffs since 2011.
