Melky Cabrera For Batting Champ?

Last month, San Francisco Giants outfielder Melky Cabrera was suspended fifty games for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs. The 2012 All-Star Game MVP has sat out with a .346 batting average, which still leads the National League. If he still leads the league in batting average at the end of the season, should Melky Cabrera be allowed to win the NL Batting Title?
