In the months leading up to the NFL draft, it seemed a foregone conclusion that the New York Giants would take an offensive lineman.

Then they didn't.

Instead, they took LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and instantly opened themselves up to questions about the speedy pass catcher's fit, and the stability of an offensive line that helped doom the team's 2013 campaign.
