Michael Vick has been evaluated by the Eagles medical staff and according to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio he is good to go for the Eagles home opener against the Giants on Sunday.  Vick returned to practice with Philly on Thursday, and unless some unforeseen circumstance takes place he is ready to play.

The media saw Vick take snaps yesterday as well as participate in team drills, which means that he has been cleared by the NFL's independent neurologist.  Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin was asked about what he thought of Vick at practice by the media yesterday afternoon:

He looked good, he looked fine. In control of the huddle, in control of what was going on, in control of the offense. He's in good shape.

-Jeremy Maclin

The Eagles face the Giants Sunday afternoon at 1pm.  Both teams are currently 1-1.
