One day after we posted the "NBA Players as Emojis," we get this gem from Darren Rovell again on Twitter.

This time its fun to look and see how we could represent major league baseball players past and present.

My Top 3:

1. Bobby Bonilla: The money and the calendar represent "Bobby Bonilla Day." Bonilla gets paid every July 1 by the Mets. Sure, the emoji calendar says the 17th, but it's still all too appropriate.

2. Joe Jackson: If you read yesterday, you know I gave credit to the dual emojis. The shoe with the "no" sign represents his nickname, "Shoeless" Joe Jackson.

3. Bo Jackson: It took me a little while to get it, but the bow tie and the nose means "Bo Knows," which was Jackson's famous ad campaign.

Honorable Mention:

Jim Leyland liked to smoke while managing, so the cigarette emoji is appropriate.

Need Some Clarification:

I have to be honest, I'm not all that sure what Alex Rodriguez's means. Same with Lenny Dykstra.

Which ones are your favorite?
