Levack and Goz are inching closer and closer to their first broadcast in Houston on Radio Row. The guys will start their Super Bowl 51 broadcasts on Monday January 30th. If you are traveling to Houston for this year's game, below are even more events you can attend leading up to the big game.

 

MEMORIAL CITY COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF AT THE SQUARE
Chili Cook-Off, End Zone Celebration Dance Off, and Little Rookies Training Camp
 
WHAT:   The Big Game is coming to Houston and The Square at Memorial City will be the place for exciting events, interactive experiences and special appearances, including:
 
·      Football Family Movie Night at The Square – Friday, January 27, 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Get your head in the game with a special screening of “Rudy” on The Square’s 24’ X 14’ high-definition big screen television. Visitors can enjoy the movie from the comfort of their own blankets and lawn chairs along with complimentary popcorn.
 
·         Chili Cook-Off – Saturday, January 28, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
For just $10, spice up your weekend at Memorial City Chili Cook-Off presented by Briggs True Texas Sauces & Seasonings. Enjoy hot tastings from Houston’s finest chili masters, cold drinks, and live entertainment on The Square green.
 
·         Draft Night – Thursday, February 2, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Countdown to the Big Game with an evening of live music performed by The Slags and giant yard games, including a Giant Beer Pong tournament. Draft Night will also feature a variety of bar bites and draft beer by 8th Wonder Brewery.
 
·         Friday Night Lights – Friday, February 3, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Football is bigger in Texas – especially the halftime show produced! Enjoy live performances by Sonic Boom Drum Line and Lunchbox Dance Crew.
 
Superstar Saturday – Saturday, February 4, 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Dust off your training shoes and get ready for the ultimate football experience, including the Little Rookies Training Camp and End Zone Celebration Dance Off like the pros. While you’re gearing up for game day debut, enjoy a live interview and autograph signing with Former Houston Oiler, Billy “White Shoes” Johnson, as well a performance of his famed ‘funky chicken’ end zone dance.
 
·         Ultimate Big Game Watch Party – Sunday, February 5, 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Memorial City presents the best seat in the house at The Square for the Big Game. Guests are welcome to bring their blankets, chairs and friends as they cheer on their favorite team. 104.1 KRBE contest winners will be awarded with VIP seating for themselves and their guests, which will include food and beverages provided by Maggiano’s Little Italy.
