Rafael Nadal won his Sixth French Open Grand Slam title this morning at Roland Garros. He once again took on Roger Federer in the championship match, and for the fourth time, defeated him on his favorite clay playing surface.

So what's next for Nadal and Federer?

After his sixth French Open title, Nadal will celebrate it but will now focus on this month's Wimbledon championships coming up in London. Of course, Roger Federer is the king of grass but lately Nadal has taken it to Federer winning the last head-to-head match between the two. In the past three years, Nadal has won two Wimbledon singles championships, though Federer has won six times since 2003.

It will be interesting to see how Roger Federer can bounce back from this latest defeat. While he is the king of the grass court, he seems to have been struggling the past year or so. Has Federer moved past his peak? Is Nadal the new king of tennis for the next few years? Wimbledon will be a very good indicator of how the two compare given the grass strength of Federer and the recent success of Nadal.
