MLS action is just about as entertaining as watching the WNBA Draft.  However, there is one thing that MLS players know how to do that is entertaining; headbutt stuff (including faces).

Quick, what is the nickname of the MLS team located in Montreal?  It's the Montreal Impact.  Yeah, I had no idea either.  Anyway, this defender Nelson Rivas head butted the daylights out of Philadelphia Union forward Antoine Hoppenot.  For the record, I didn't know Philadelphia was named the "Union" either.  If someone asked me to tell them everything that I actually do know about the MLS, I'd say, "Uhh, Beckham.  L.A. Galaxy.  Umm, that's about it."

I've always claimed that soccer players fight weird.  Does anybody disagree with that?  Pay close attention the next time you see a fight break out in a soccer match.  You'll see headbutts to the face, headbutts to the chest, and kicks to shins among other things.  It's just odd to me.  You'll rarely see a nice right cross and yell, "Aww, man, that was a nice punch by the soccer guy!"

Montreal won this match 2-0, but nobody cares.
