NBA Cracks Down On Flopping: Good Or Bad?

The NBA has established a policy to crack down on "flopping" in the league, which will penalize players through fines (and possibly suspensions) for essentially poor acting and faking that has been called, "something that has no place in our game" by commissioner David Stern.
