NCAA Tournament Fallout: Should Thompson Be Fired?

The obvious big story coming out of the first week of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament is Florida Gulf Coast University becoming the first 15-seed to reach the Sweet 16, as well as several other underdog seeds advancing to Regional play. However, another story is the quick and sudden firings of UCLA head coach Ben Howland and Minnesota head coach Tubby Smith.

But hey, Big East fans, how about one of your own? After failing to advance past the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament for the fourth consecutive season, do you believe Georgetown head coach John Thompson III deserves to be fired as well?
