Nebraska Football Alternate Uniforms [VIDEO]

Holy Huskers, these are some ugly uniforms.  Are college football and the NFL going to turn into a who's who of what-the-hell uniform designs?

What's up with all of these wacky uniforms in college football?  Seriously, I don't mean to sound like I'm on my rocking chair, but my goodness, some of these uniforms are horrid.  Maryland was one of the first teams that began this trend last season with their awful uniforms.  Several schools are following suit.  It's a little bit like Boise State's terrible blue field.  Some schools have taken that idea and ran with it.  I'm surprised that a team hasn't tried to clear a pink-polka-dotted field with the NCAA.

These Nebraska uniforms look like a hybrid between a soccer uniform and something that the Mr. Kool-Aid dude threw up on.  The socks scream soccer.  The uniforms indicate that the Mr. Kool-Aid guy ate something a little too spicy and had a massive accident.  I dig the helmets, but the giant "N" on the jersey looks stupid to me.  Personally, I'm not a fan of this look.  Two thumbs down.
