This latest developer diary for NHL 15 shows just how many details are being put into every single player on the ice.

EA Sports is going all the way when it comes to creating an authentic look for its players in NHL 15. During this latest video, EA Sports producer Sean Ramjagsingh explains that the player models have three distinct layers into making them detailed which go from the inside-out. There is a body, equipment and jersey layer for every player. Obviously, the body is at the core of each figure's development. The body is what gets animated and is the base model for every movement and action. Right atop of the body is the padding, which varies based on position, brand, player size, etc. A thin layer atop all of this is the jersey, which is meant to be as realistic and cloth-like as possible.

The impressive-looking players of NHL 15 is set to hit the ice on September 9 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
