The Cortland Baseball team just got back from the Division III World Series, where they finished tied for third in the nation, one year after capturing the national championship.

The Red Dragons were led in part by Niskayuna native and graduate Austin Clock, who hit .359 with four home runs.

Clock joined us today in studio to talk about the experience of winning a national title, why the Red Dragons couldn't repeat this year, what allowed him to have such individual success, the advice he'd give to up and coming Niskayuna baseball players, the relationship with other teams on campus at Cortland, and what his plans are next.

As you can tell from the picture below, I had to wear my Oswego hat for the interview to show some pride in my own alma mater, despite the fact that Clock's Cortland team got the best of the Lakers this season.
