Looks like Kevin Garnett won't be seeing any punishment for his Christmas Day scuffle with Knicks guard Bill Walker, according to a league source.

It was a heated first game of the season for the Knicks and Celtics and the end result was the Knicks with a 106-104 win.  Boston big man Kevin Garnett had an opportunity to tie the game with a buzzer beater but missed the shot, which was contested by Bill Walker.

After the shot missed Walker walked up to Garnett and looked like he had made a comment, after which Garnett put his hands around Walkers throat.  The two were separated and the incident was over.  It's now just being chalked up to a "in the heat of the moment", moment.  The two apparently worked things out after the game and all is well.  Check out the video of the incident below.
