Odell Beckham, Jr. and other professional athletes alike are redefining what it costs to look and feel good these days. In his latest episode of his weekly docu-series I am More: OBJ, the Giants wide receiver says he spends $300,000 on his body in the offseason.

There are personal trainers (one of which is a biomechanical trainer), personal chefs and popular cryotherapy sessions used to maintain the physical status of one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. Odell Beckham, Jr. has been a world-class athlete going back to his days at LSU, but now with his Nike contract and newly-signed monster deal with the Giants, OBJ is sparing no expense to make sure he continues to perform to his abilities and the expectations of his team.

$300,000. 300K. 300 Large. For that same price tag, most Americans would choose to buy a house. Some of the most fortunate of us would buy a luxury vehicle like a Maserati or Aston Martin. Heck, for $300K, you could find a private island on which to seclude to seclude yourself.

My gym membership is $20/month. I guess that means I have no shot of going pro.
