Ali did several 60 minute shows. This was his last. It shows that even in the end stages of his illness, he was a champ. Imagine the courage it took to meet fans when he was losing almost all of his basic functions that we take for granted every day. No, that's being brave. Really brave. His whole life was doing what he believed was right. He took a position that cost him millions of dollars by not honoring his being drafted into the Vietnam War. He was vilified for this as not doing his duty. It cost him the title. As many today would agree, it was not a war to defend America, but 50,000 men and women lost their lives honoring their call to duty for a war that should have never happened. Hindsight tells us that now. Yet, you have to at least give Ali credit for sticking to his beliefs.

God Bless America and God bless Muhammad Ali.
