The Utah Jazz signed  5-year-old JP Gibson, to a one-day contract for a special scrimmage Monday night.

Gibson, who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, signed his contract with Jazz president Randy Rigby before joining the team in uniform for the annual preseason intrasquad scrimmage

After beating Bolton/Warrensburg on Monday, Fort Ann boys' soccer coach Rich McCabe earned his 500th career win.

McCabe is now the third-winningest coach in Section II history behind Maple Hill's Dan Gillespie (594) and former Shen coach, Mike Campisi (534)
