Cam Newton threw for two touchdowns and rushed for two more as the Carolina Panthers dominated the Arizona Cardinals to advance to Super Bowl 50.

The 49-15 win was also highlighted by the Panthers defense, which forced an unbelievable seven turnovers.

Newton was 19-28 for 335 and the two scores while also adding 47 yards on the ground. Johnathan Stewart went for 83 while Ted Ginn also scored a rushing touchdown on a trick play early in the game.

Newton hit Cory Brown and Greg Olsen for 113 yards each while connecting with Brown and Devin Funchess on his touchdowns.

Defensively, Luke Kuechly recovered a fumble and recorded an interception in the win.

The Panthers are now 17-1 while the NFC West champions finish their season at 14-4.

The Panthers will meet the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl. The Broncos defeated the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship. The game will be a matchup of former No. 1 picks at quarterback in Newton and Peyton Manning.
