The New England Patriots were ripe for the taking on Monday night. Playing with a depleted offensive line, no Julian Edelman and no Dion Lewis, the defending champions were at their most vulnerable.

And the Buffalo Bills still couldn't get it done.

The Patriots moved to 10-0 on Monday Night Football while the BIlls dropped to 5-5 after a 20-13 decision went in New England's favor.

Tom Brady went 20-39 for 277 yards and a touchdown while Danny Amendola had nine catches for 117 yards before leaving with a knee injury.

For the Bills, Tyrod Taylor went 20-36 for 233 yards.

The Bills got a decent performance in the running game as LeSean McCoy had 82 yards and a TD.

A defining moment in the game came late in the third quarter when Leodis McKelvin fumbled a punt for the Bills and the Patriots turned it in to three points.

The game ended in controversy as the Bills completed a pass to Sammy Watkins with two seconds left. He rolled out of bounds, untouched, but the clock expired. The Bills were at their own 48-yard-line as time expired.
