For years and years the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders were known for being the bad boys of the NFL. The Raiders were the team that would hand out second chances like Tic Tacs if you could help them win. It's been a joke for so long that even though the modern Raiders seem to have kept their noses clean people still look at them as the NFL's problem child.

One Linebacker could be considered a throwback to the days of Alzado and Matuszak, Ray Ray Armstrong is the subject of a Police investigation in Pennsylvania following Sunday's Raiders Steelers game. On the way to the field Armstrong allegedly barked and yelled "Hey Dog...Hey Dog" while pounding his chest at a Police dog named Bandit. Bandit was reportedly agitated by Armstrong's action.

There is currently an investigation to see if Armstrong is guilty of "Taunting a Police Animal" which is a third degree felony. The law says “it is unlawful for any person to willfully or maliciously taunt, torment, tease, beat, kick or strike a police animal.” If found guilty Armstrong could face up to 7 years in jail and up to a $15,000 fine.
