The Yankees were exposed by the Rays in Tampa Bay 5-1.  New York has now lost 12 of its last 14 games at Tropicana Field.

CC Sabathia lumbered through 7 innings, giving up 5 earned runs on 7 hits as he took the loss.  His velocity was up on all pitches, but location was awful.  Matt Moore on the other hand, dominated the Yankees, using all parts of the plate and an electric fastball, going 8 innings and giving up just the Robinson Cano home run and two total hits while improving to 4-0.

New York just looks uncomfortable against Tampa Bay on the road.  Guys don't have good at-bats, players make errors in the field and the Yanks are out of sorts.

The Yanks look to get one back tonight vs. the Rays with Phil Hughes on the mound against ace David Price.  Catch the Coors Light Yankee pre-game at 6:15 on 104.5 The Team ESPN Radio.
