Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons got the best of Glens Falls, 55-45, in the other semifinal game at the Glens Falls Civic Center.

Chris Zanta led Scotia with 23 points while Joe Cremo contributed 14. For Mohonasen, Grant Massaroni and Killian Tallman each put together 20 points.

Pat Caruso was the offensive star for NDBG with 16 points and Johnny Villanueva added 13.

Glens Falls featured Devin Zurlo netting 19 points.

The Class D semifinals saw Hartford beat Sharon Springs, 45-39. Phil Cassella paced Hartford with 17 points.

Dan Schilde had 16 points on the Sharon Springs side.

In girls sectionals, Cassidy Chapko tallied 14 points as Hoosic Valley downed Voorheesville, 36-28, to capture the Class C championship at Hudson Valley Community College.

Sarah Madden and Anna Feller each hit 12 points for Voorheesville.

In the Class D title game, Argyle turned away Fort Edward, 35-28. Shelby Graham connected for 11 points on the Argyle side.

Reaghan Heym delivered 16 points for Fort Edward.
